disappearchitecture is the communication and project development platform of a team of architects from ITU, Istanbul competing in the Compasso Volante competition 2010. The competition has been held since 1999 by Politecnico Di Milano with contributions of some universities over the world and has an objective of spreading the concepts of sustainable architecture and related technologies. This year the aim is to design a sustainable exhibition pavilion for Shanghai Expo 2010, Milano Expo 2015 or Izmir. The blog documents and shares the sustainability approach and competition process of the ITU team.
